York Disc Brooch Material: Pewter This pewter disc brooch is a reproduction of a find from York, and dates to the 9th/10th century. Due to its location, it indicates that there were good trade links between the Vikings & Saxons of the period. Price: £17.50

	St Ninians Hoard Pictish Penanular #1 Material: Pewter Colour choice: Red, Green, Blue Dimentions: 71mm, pin length 115mm This pewter brooch is based on one from the St. Ninians Isle hoard from Scotland. Though the originals were in silver, they were of a low level of purity. This means that modern day pewter is a good substitute. Price: £40.00

St Ninians Hoard Pictish Penanular #2 Material: Pewter Another brooch based on a find from the St. Ninian's Isle hoard. Like the original, the pin is inset with a glass cabachon, each terminal countains 4 more and a final one is in the centre of the brooch itself. Colours of the cabachons may vary. Price: £40.00

	Luck of Lochland - A Brooch In The Viking Jellinge Style Material: Pewter Dimentions: 64mm X 40mm Irish annals suggest that Lochland was a Viking kingdom in Scotland in the 8th/9th century. This pewter brooch is an original design based on the 10th century ‘Jelling Style.’ It is inspired by original brooches and the one described in ‘Who’s Afraid of Beowulf’ by Tom Holt. Price: £25.00

Large York Viking Or Saxon Disc Brooch Material: Pewter Dimentions: 75mm This pewter brooch is based on a Viking age find from York, yet it also shows strong Saxon and Frankish influences. The original would most likely have been used to fasten a cloak, so ours had been designed to do the same. Price: £25.00

	Viking Jellinge Style Brooch Material: Pewter Dimentions: 35mm A pewter brooch based on a Viking age find from York. This disc brooch shows a ‘backwards looking animal,’ a typical Saxon style. Here this imagery has been used by a Viking jeweller, who then added his own twist to the classic Saxon design. Price: £12.50

Viking Trefoil Brooch Material: Pewter Dimentions: 52mm Introduced into Scandinavia in the 8th century, this type of brooch was used as a clothing fastener. This style rapidly spread with the Vikings as they moved across Europe and beyond. This pewter replica is based on an original from East Anglia. Price: £17.50

	Viking Equal Armed Brooch Material: Pewter Dimentions: 92mm X 39mm A typically Viking style of brooch used by women to fasten a cloak or shawl at the throat. This pewter version is based on one from Birka in Sweden. Price: £25.00

Thistle Brooch Material: Pewter Brooch Width: 70mm Pin Length: 140mm Based on: Thistle brooches of the period. A style from Ireland that became popular with the Vikings, especially in Scotland. Date: 10th/11th Century Price: £30.00
