HOW TO ORDER
To order any of our products, simply click on the buttons to add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping basket. Then checkout and pay for your purchases by Paypal, debit or credit card. Our cart system is powered by Roman Cart and Protx, and you will be transfered to their secure systems to pay.
You can also pick up the phone and give us a call. Our workshop is open Monday to Friday 10.00 – 5.00 and our contact number is 01471 822422. Alternatively you can email us at: sales@asgardcrafts.co.uk
We are happy to accept phone orders, but due to the ever increasing costs imposed on us by our bank we are now adding a £1.00 charge onto all telephone orders below £5. We are sorry to have to do this and hope you understand why we have to make this additional charge.
We try to hold as much as possible in stock, but due to the hand made nature of our products, some items do go out of stock on occasion. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you and let you know how long it will be before we can dispatch it.
Postage is charged as follows:
U.K - £2.00 Free for purchases over £20.00
Europe - £2.25 Free for purchases over £75.00
Rest of the world - £3.00 Free for purchases over £100.00
Non U.K customers can also select to have their goods shipped via a tracked service at an extra cost. Full details are in the shopping cart.
We try to dispatch in stock items within 3 working days, however please allow upto 7 days before checking with the status of your order. If the item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock then we will email you with a revised dispatch date.
We do not have a catalogue at present.

Terms & Conditions
You have the right to cancel your order before it is dispatched. Please call or email to arrange this. Contact details are shown below.
You also have the right to return any item that you purchase from us. Under the the distance selling act you have up to 7 days from the day after you recieve your item to inform us of your intent to seek a refund.
We will refund the cost of the item in full as long as it is recieved back to us is in the same condition that it was in when we shipped it to you. We do not refund postage, and the cost of the return of the item is also your responsibility. If you wish to make a return then please phone or email to arrange this using the details shown below.
